我們致力為每位顧客提供高品質、安全可靠的產品。如果您收到的商品有任何瑕疵或錯誤出貨,我們將全力協助處理退貨或換貨。

We are committed to delivering high-quality and safe products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will assist you with the return or exchange process.

退貨政策(Return Policy)

我們接受退貨申請,但需符合以下條件:

  • 商品必須未經使用、未拆封、包裝完整
  • 顧客需於收到商品後 7 天內提出退貨申請
  • 商品類別不得為個人衛生或接觸型產品(如:安撫巾、公仔)一經拆封恕不退換
  • 非商品瑕疵的退貨,運費需由顧客承擔

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns are not accepted for personal hygiene or plush products (e.g. soothers, plush toys) once opened
  • Return shipping fees for non-defective items are borne by the customer

退貨不受理情況(Non-Eligible Return Situations

以下情況將無法受理退貨/換貨:

  • 超過 7 天退貨申請期限
  • 商品已被拆封、使用、清洗或有人為損壞痕跡
  • 因個人主觀因素(如喜好、預期不符)要求退貨

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request submitted after 7 days of receipt
  • Product has been opened, used, washed, or damaged
  • Return reason is based on personal preference or change of mind

換貨政策(Exchange Policy)

如您收到商品後發現瑕疵或出貨錯誤,請於 7 天內聯絡我們。我們將免費為您更換相同商品(視庫存情況而定)。

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the item for free (subject to availability).

運費與費用(Shipping & Fees)

  • 若退貨原因為商品瑕疵或錯誤出貨,來回運費由我們承擔。
  • 若為非商品瑕疵之退貨,來回運費將由買家負擔。

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return and reshipment costs. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
